Some people are not late. However, there are others who are frequently late in every group or organization. Those who are late have many excuses saying that there was heavy traffic, a car accident in front of them, etc. Proverbs 22:13 reads, "The sluggard says, 'There is a lion outside; I will be killed in the streets!'" Is it common for a lion to appear on the street in the town where people are living? It is just an excuse for the sluggard who does not want to work. We must not resort to excuses, but when we must admit our faults and laziness, we can break the bad habit.
