In June 2017, I was happy to find out that I had conceived my first baby. The results of the blood tests conducted on October 24, at the 17th week, and at the 13th week of pregnancy, however, revealed that chances were very high that my baby had Down syndrome. When the possibility is higher than 1/270, it is almost completely Down syndrome. But my baby's was 1/5, which was really high. I was frustrated and shed tears at that moment, but I came to think that I had no reason to worry because God is alive.

I received Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for the sick via GCN with faith and had the re-test done next day. After the test, I attended Divine Healing Meeting of Manmin Prayer Center and realized that I should achieve spiritual love for my husband and we should serve each other. I had wanted my husband to serve me since I was pregnant, but I repented of such a selfish mindset. I started to clean up my house thinking of him who came back home from working and tried to serve him with goodness and love.

I also attended every worship service, Daniel Prayer Meeting, Tuesday District Prayer Meeting, Cell Service, and Special Prayer Meeting. I earnestly prayed and piled up my devotion. I also looked back upon my past life with my husband Deacon Chulho Cho because we knew that a child's disease comes from his/her parents' sin. I repented that I had not prayed and lived by the Word and had befriended the world. I asked for God's grace and mercy.

Then, I came to have assurance for the answer. I listened all day to Senior Pastor's sermons on GCN. I let my baby hear it. I received his prayer for the sick with the handkerchief of power on my belly when it came on GCN (Acts 19:11-12). My parish pastor, district leaders, and acquaintances prayed for my baby with love.

On November 7, the retest result came out. I heard from hospital that my baby was normal. That night I shed a lot of tears of thanks with my husband in Daniel Prayer Meeting.

On December 17, I said to Senior Pastor, "My fetus was healed of Down syndrome by faith!" He was very pleased and prayed for safe and easy delivery. On March 27, 2018, I delivered my baby easily and safely as he had prayed for me. Hallelujah!

It was a good opportunity for my family to be spiritually awakened. We felt the deep love of God and the Lord who want us to run fervently towards New Jerusalem the best dwelling place in heaven. I give all thanks and glory to God who healed me and extend heartfelt thanks to Senior Pastor who prayed for me with love.
