Genesis 1:3-5
[3] Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.
[4] God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.
[5] God called the light day, and the darkness He called night And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
This is 24th lecture on Genesis.
In the last session, I talked about the evidences that God created the earth and about the time flow in the spiritual realm.
After suppressing the rebellion of Lucifer, God the Father created the earth which would be the stage for human cultivation.
I told you that the crust and atmosphere of the earth was unstable when it was first created.
Crustal movement continued with volcanic eruptions and the like and diverse activities were also taking place in the atmosphere.
This early stage of the earth which was chaotic and void implies, in a physical sense, the process of laying the foundation of the earth, but at the same time, it also spiritually implies the status of God's heart.
In other words, the hurt and empty heart of God the Father due to Lucifer's betrayal was similar to the appearance of the early earth.
However, God the Father soon recovered His peace of mind, and continued with the actual plan of the Creation in earnest.
In order to create a basic environment on earth for living things, He caused the water of life which originates from the throne of God, to flow upon the earth.
He let the earth sink under the water of life after its foundation had been firmly set due to active crustal movement and atmospheric activities.
After God had submerged the earth He came down to this earth Himself.
At this time, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit also came with Him.
Together, God the Trinity hovered over the earth and thought about what was needed and how to prepare for them.
Genesis 1:2 implies this by saying, "the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters."
Now, how long was it from when God created the earth in the beginning till He covered the earth with waters?
I said that, even though the earth was created in the first heaven, which is a fleshly space. But by this time, the whole fleshly place was taking a ride on a spiritual time flow.
Therefore, the time period was not so long to God who was in Spirit.
On the other hand, the earth which was created with fleshly materials has traces that show the passage of a very long period of time.
The traces are not merely thousands or tens of thousands years old, but they are hundreds of millions years old.
It took many long years to lay the foundation of the earth, but the period of time when the earth was covered with the water of life was also very long within the concept of physical time.
In this way, God created the earth first of all in the galaxy.
Some of you may not agree with me, and say, "What I learned at school was not like that."
And you may say the earth can "float" in the space due to universal gravitation and the balance of power.
Universal gravitation is the concept that "every piece of matter in the universe attracts every other piece."
Therefore, the reason the earth can float in the air is due to this invisible force that operates between the earth, the sun and the moon and stars.
That's right. Universal gravitation truly exists.
Then, how could the earth float in the universe when there were no sun and other planets?
God was holding the earth by His power.
For example, there is a stone that weighs 10 kilograms.
No matter how strong an ant is, it cannot even consider the idea of holding this heavy stone.
However, what about a man?
A grown-up man can surely think about whether he can lift the stone.
If he is strong enough, he can lift the stone up or he can roll the stone to move it to some other place. He can do whatever he wants to do with it.
Moreover, God is almighty.
By His power, holding this earth is an easy job; very easy.
Long ago there was a man who, in deep inspiration, realized this power of God who created everything and it was recorded in the Bible.
It was Job.
Job said in Job 26:7, "... [He] hangs the earth on nothing."
In terms of history, the fact that the earth is floating in the space was only recently confirmed as scientific technology developed.
But the Bible already made a record a few thousand years ago that the earth is hanging in the space.
Since Job was blameless with a conscience of goodness, he realized this fact in deep inspiration.
Looking up to the endless sky, he could hear the deep voice of spirit.
The earth he was standing on seemed to have its end, but the sky was unfolded endlessly, and thus he realized that the sky was covering up the entire earth.
If you can imagine wrapping up the earth, you can draw a picture that the earth is hanging in the sky.
Job made a confession that it was God who made it like this.
Likewise, those with good conscience can realize and believe that the Almighty Creator truly exists.
However, as the end time draws nearer and nearer, the conscience of man becomes more stained by evil.
Many theories and knowledge that stand against God prevail as if they were true.
However, the creation works of God the Almighty cannot be understood within the limit of man's ability and knowledge; we should not even try to comprehend it.
If God had tried to create the things at the level of man's knowledge, Creation would have been impossible.
The Creation was accomplished by the amazing power and wisdom of God that far surpasses that of any man.
2 Corinthians 10:5 says, "We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ."
Therefore, you should not try to discern this Genesis Lecture by the standard of the knowledge of the world.
Still today, through His servant who is in accordance with justice, God is manifesting the works of His power of creation.
The evidences of this power of creation are overflowing in this church.
For example, a man who couldn't see due to dead optic nerve came to see after receiving the prayer of the servant of God.
Can this be explained by science or medical technology?
Before, when such a work took place that could not be explained by individual knowledge, people just simply said, "It is a miracle."
However, we believe that God the Creator heard the prayer of His servant, and recreated the optic nerve.
Likewise, God is manifesting the works of creation even today though those who are in accordance with justice.
I hope you will completely believe God the Creator by witnessing such an evidence of creation.
I also hope that following this Genesis Lecture, which is given by this servant of God, such clear works of creation give verification of its validity.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
Now, let's talk about the 1st Day of Creation.
Genesis 1:3-4 says, "Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness."
What kind of light was this light?
Since there was no sun back then, it must not have been the sunlight, right?
Then, what was this light?
This light was surely the original light of Creation.
In the first Genesis Lecture, I told you that God the Origin spread over the original space as in a form of light that harbored sound.
At a certain time, this original light cohered at the vertex of spiritual realm.
And God the Origin divided this light into three, and became God the Trinity.
Therefore, the original light itself is God.
The power and authority of God is contained in this original light.
In addition, the original sound that the original light contained became "the Word."
"God created the heavens and the earth with His word" means that, as God roared this original sound - or voice - it was practiced as He said.
On the first day of creation, God gave the "word" of command, "Let there be light."
He roared the original voice.
Then, the original light surrounded a certain fleshly place to which the earth belonged.
"The certain fleshly place" here refers to the earth, the solar system and the galaxy where the 6 Day of Creation took place.
The main work of the original light that surrounded the certain fleshly space was "the creation," and thus it is also called "the original light of creation."
Like this, God surrounded with the original light of creation the place where He would manifest the works of creation.
And He roared the original voice of creation every day, and created all things in the universe one by one.
By the way, why did God surround the fleshly space with the original light of creation on the first day of Creation?
First of all, it was to manifest the works of creation in the spiritual time flow by covering the fleshly space with the spiritual space.
I explained that the spiritual time flow is much faster than the fleshly time flow.
And the fleshly world rode on the fleshly time flow from the first day of creation.
The concept of 24 hour a day of today began at this time.
To manifest the works of creation in such a fleshly space, God made the original light surround the fleshly space so that it could be covered with spiritual space.
Therefore, the spiritual time flow could dictate the covered space.
Works that could have taken tens of or hundreds of years in a sense of fleshly time could be finished just in a day in the spiritual space.
In addition, something can be created from nothing in the original light of creation.
In a space which is covered with the original light, not the fleshly law but the spiritual law dictates.
In the fourth heaven which is filled fully with the original light, whatever God harbors in His heart will be done.
Something can be created from nothing, and a certain substance can be transformed into solid, liquid, or gas.
When this fleshly space is surround by the original light, and covered with the spiritual space, things should be done according to the spiritual law.
For example, many of you give testimonies like these;
"After the prayer, the lump of cancer instantly disappeared." "My appendix burst, and it became peritonitis. But after the receiving your prayer, the pain was gone, and I felt normal."
These things cannot be explained with fleshly knowledge.
In fleshly law, cancer should be removed through an operation.
In a case of a man with peritonitis, he should have his internal organs cleansed by any means.
However, when a man who is guaranteed by God with His power prays according to justice, God covers the man with the spiritual space.
In the spiritual space which is surrounded with the original light, something that doesn't exist can be created, and unnecessary things can disappear.
When all of these ride on the spiritual time flow, they can be done instantly.
The same applies to all the healing works; broken bones re-combine, dead nerves revive, degenerated organ tissue becomes normal, and so on.
The original light surrounds the part, and a spiritual space is formed, and inside the space, the work of re-creation takes place.
Especially seen with spiritual eyes, it can be clearly seen that all these works take place precisely according to justice.
For instance, even when the light comes, it doesn't enter the body of those who have a wall of sin or those who are not ready to receive the answer.
The light hesitates, hangs around them, and then goes back to God.
On the other hand, the light enters the body of those who are proper to receive answer without a wall of sin, and precisely finds the sick part.
And the healing work quickly takes place.
Today, you experience the works of that light which created the heavens and the earth in the very beginning.
Therefore, please completely believe that there is nothing impossible, but everything is possible; and it can be done all the more quickly.
The second point; when God surrounded the fleshly space with the original light; order and principles were established in the fleshly space.
The earth was no longer chaotic; all things became organized and stable.
And their operation order and principles were set up.
For example, a rule like "The earth shall rotate once a day, and revolve around the sun once a year" was set up.
Not only the order and principles of the earth, but other orders and principles governing the sun, the moon, other planets, and countless stars were also set up on this first day.
Not only have the planets of the solar system but also the countless stars moved on a certain orbit at their own proper speed.
Therefore, the cycle through which each star moves in its orbit has been appropriately set.
Even though there are countless stars in the sky, they don't operate in a disorderly fashion, but they all operate according to their own order and principles.
Not only among the sun, the moon, and stars in the universe, but also the earth have its own laws of nature.
Water freezes at 0 degree in Celsius, flows above 0° and boils and becomes vapor at 100°. The order of seasons is spring, summer, fall, and winter.
All these principles that are necessary in the fleshly space were set up on the first day.
Like this, in the original light of creation, God established order and principles for the creatures that He would create soon.
It can be confirmed in Job 38:5.
To help Job realize, God said to Job, "Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it?"
This verse implies that God established order and principles among creatures when He created the heavens and the earth.
"Measurements" in this verse refers to length and volume, and "the line" refers to a device to measure it.
Therefore, "God set its measurements and stretched the line" means that God set the fundamental principles for all things.
On the first day of creation, God surrounded the space with the original light of creation, and set the order and principles among the creatures.
Dear brothers and sisters.
When God surrounded the fleshly space with the original light of creation on the first day, thirdly, His power and divine nature were put into all the creatures.
God's power can revive the dead life and make it grow well.
When you sow a seed in the ground, it sprouts and grows up.
However, the seed cannot do it by itself.
Then does the ground do it? Is it done by water or sunlight?
According to the law of nature, to make a seed sprout, it needs proper ground, water, and sunlight.
However, the ground, water, or sunlight cannot do it because they originally have a certain power.
Since God's power and His divine nature is put into the ground, water, sunlight, and all the creatures, a form of life can sprout.
The original light of creation that surrounds the fleshly space became dimmer and dimmer as this world was getting stained by sin, and was eventually lifted at the time of Noah's Flood.
However, the light that was put into the creatures still remains, and it works as fundamental energy that holds all the life things.
For your information, even the scientists of the world discovered the light which is called, "the light of the beginning."
It is a form of radiation filling the universe; it almost exactly the same intensity in all directions of the universe.
And it is not associated with any star, galaxy, or other object in the universe.
It was discovered by Radio astronomers, Arno Penzias and Robert Wilson.
These two astronomers had built a Dicke radiometer that they intended to use for radio astronomy and satellite communication experiments.
When they encountered an excessive radio noise, they became interested in it and studied it further.
Regardless of antenna direction, the intensity of the noise remained constant.
Despite their efforts, they couldn't find the source of this noise.
Then finally, they made an assumption that the source of this noise might be of the other side of the universe.
The fact that the intensity of the noise is almost exactly the same proves that this radiation is spread to the entire universe equally.
In astrophysics, it is called "Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation."
These two astronomers received the 1978 Nobel Prize for their study.
If they had heard this Genesis Lecture and studied, it would not have taken 18 years for them to receive the Nobel Prize.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
In this lecture, I explained about the incidents that took place when God roared out the Original Sound, saying "Let there be light."
I said the original light of creation surround the fleshly space where the works of creation would take place in the future.
In the next lecture, among the works of creation on the first day, I will explain how day was separated from night by justice.
Genesis 1:4 says, "God saw that the light was good."
Thanks to this light, the works of creation could take place, and order and principle could be established among all creatures.
1 Corinthians 14:33 says, "for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints."
God is the Creator of all things in universe, but still He established order and principle and He Himself has kept them.
By keeping the order as the Creator, He Himself made peace with His creatures.
Likewise, in God, who is light, there is always peace.
If the peace is broken, it is surely the result of someone's doing the work of darkness, breaking the order.
I urge you to stay in the light keeping the order and principle both in spirit and body.
When you walk in the light, God will say, "It is good," and He will give you blessing.
May all of you become satisfying children to God the Father, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, I pray!
