Usually, a man of magnanimity first gives consideration to the original goals of the projects he handles and seeks the common interests rather than his own credit. If his personal credit contradicts the company’s profit, he turns to the latter at the crossroad. That is, he does not want to be well recognized alone in his line of work but to be helpful to all or make profit for his company. However, we can see in reality that many people look to their own interests unconsciously even when they know they have to seek the common interests. This people do not make a great success because they don’t think about the object of their works but only worry about their own interests. On the other hand, there are also many people who are ready to sacrifice themselves for the benefit of all. It is them who win the recognition and love of others. Therefore, I hope that you will be magnanimous enough to think about the great cause in all things and give help to many and thus win the recognition and love of God.
