Deaconess Seongok Kim, age 64, Chinese Parish

I was born and raised in a Catholic family in China. When I was ten, the Cultural Revolution took place. At that time there was persecution on believers in God. I began doubting the existence of God and ended up leaving Him.

Fortunately, in October 1997, I heard about a meeting where divine healing works occured and attended. There, I met the living God and accepted Jesus Christ. I felt grateful for the love of Jesus who came to the earth to save all mankind. I volunteered in God's works and joined the church's choir. I tried to deliver the love of Jesus to others.

However, I felt the spiritual limit of my strength in helping the sick recover since I was not able to give them solutions. I was spiritually thirsty for it. Knowing this, God guided me to find the solution and quenched my thirst.

In October 2004, an acquaintance gave me the DVD showing Dr. Jaerock Lee's 2002 India United Crusade and I watched it. God poured down great grace upon my heart and I couldn't help crying with gratefulness. "Dr. Lee is a man who is needed for the spreading of the gospel to the remotest part of the earth!" I was eager to listen to more of his messages.

One day I got his sermon tapes; it was from his 12th Two-week Consecutive Special Revival Meeting. It gave a detailed explanation on God the Trinity. I felt God's great love and realized His providence for men. I couldn't suppress my excitement. I talked about it to other people around me and they also came to understand the love of God and lead good Christian lives.

In March, 2005, I registered in Manmin Central Church and started a new Christian life. Although I was away from the church, I joined its worship services via the internet (www.manmin.org). I was overjoyed as if I was soaked in sweet rain during drought. The sermons tasted like a honeycomb.

One night I had a dream where Dr. Lee appeared and said to me, "Come with me to New Jerusalem". Thereafter hope for New Jerusalem added, and I became more filled with the Holy Spirit. I became more enthusiastic to spread the gospel. I was also healed of many diseases. I had had chronic anemia and a kidney disease, so my body parts used to be swollen frequently. My face was pale, my heart was weak, and I had digestion problem due to stomach disorder. But all of the symptoms were gone. I was completely healed! Hallelujah!

My younger sister once faced a critical moment because of heart disease. I asked Senior Pastor to pray for her. Through his prayer transcending space and time, she was recovered. Afterwards, she was completely healed of the heart disease and high blood pressure. My nephew came to have double eyelids after spraying Muan Sweet Water on her eyes. Moreover, my older sister was healed of aftereffects of a car accident. My niece-in-law was set free from depression. Meantime all my family members have accepted the Lord.

Eventually, in 2014 I visited South Korea that I had longed to. I participated in Manmin Summer Retreat held in August. I listened to Senior Pastor's message, prayed, praised, and there I experienced works of grace and hope for Heaven increased. I also attended Manmin Prayer Center's meetings and through President Boknim Lee's messages, I was blessed to look back upon myself by the help of the Holy Spirit.

I thought I was leading a proper Christian life, but I had my own standard on righteousness, so I easily judged, condemned, and held antipathy towards others. Though having such evil, I thought I had worked faithfully for the kingdom of God. I discovered it and repented. Then the thing that had pressed me was gone. As I found out untruthful things in my heart and cast them away one by one, I became more peaceful and healthier.

I give all thanks and glory to God who allowed me to realize the will of God and lead a blessed life.
