Over 100 Cable TV companies propose to broadcast GCN programming

The Federation of International Cable TV Association of the Philippines (FICAP) Conference, an agora of information exchange among cable television companies, took place at Plaza Hotel in Manila on April 27 ~ 28, 2006.
With scores of prominent cable television companies from all over the world in attendance at this year's Conference, Manmin TV exhibited sample programming produced and broadcast by Manmin TV and the Global Christian Network (GCN), and conferred with other cable companies for the transmission of its programs on their networks.
Interest in GCN programming had intensified so much that even before the Conference began, six cable television companies offered their channels for the exclusive use by Manmin TV, which agreed to transmit GCN programs beginning next month.
During the Conference, over 100 cable television companies expressed immense interest in GCN programming and aggressively offered to broadcast GCN-produced programs.
GCN, which began broadcasting its programs on six cable channels in the Philippines last October, has expanded its coverage area to the rest of the country, thereby more effectively spreading the news of the living God and the work of His power.
